You bought a mold of Peonies, but the result is not pleasing? Petals break off and you are tired of repotting? Catch the mini-guide on how to get this candle and minimize its damage!

First, a lot depends on the mold itself! This is what customers write about OUR mold on our website: "Very soft and easy to work mold! Each petal separates effortlessly!"

And why? Because it's soft silicone! ☝️ Usually, Chinese peony molds are hard and the frozen candle needs to be pushed hard, and this is the first reason for breaking off the petals.

❗️Important point: beeswax is stronger than soy or olive, so this problem is almost absent in beeswax. And soy and olive are more fragile, but everything is real!

Follow these tips to minimize petal breakage specifically for soy and olive waxes.

For this you need:

🔸 replace your hard mold with a soft one;

🔸 if you continue to work with your mold, but it is not the first time you are pouring, very carefully clean the mold from the remains of wax from the previous filling - wash it in a soapy solution with warm water, or warm it with a hair dryer and wipe it with a paper napkin;

🔸 next is the secret ingredient 🤫 - be sure to spray a silicone separator (spray) into the mold, thanks to it, the wax will easily move away from the walls of the mold and will not stick;

🔸 after the spray, we warm the mold with a hair dryer to avoid the temperature difference of the mold and wax;

🔸 follow the temperature of heating and pouring wax recommended by the manufacturer. Do not overheat the wax;

🔸 and one more secret for better demoulding 🤫 before taking out the candle, put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, so the wax will harden a little and it will be easier to work further
